Hi, my name is Surinder Ahitan and I live in the UK.

I became interested in the Bulgarian property market in 2002. Initially, I tried to find as much information as I could on the subject – but lacked any real point of reference. I found myself trawling the Internet, finding conflicting facts and being exposed to literally hundreds of estate agent sites promising high returns.

Now, I have nothing against estate agents, but there are some out there who just don’t care about you or me. I wanted solid information to help me make an informed decision as to whether I should invest my money in the Bulgarian property market. So I decided to venture out on my own and carry out my own market research. After all, buying a home or making an investment overseas is not for the faint-hearted.
